Sainsbury Welcome Centre Extension (SWC – 5th Quad)

Enfold Facades Ltd was appointed to deliver the complete façade design for the Sainsbury Welcome Centre extension, comprising sloped and vertical curtain walling integrated with fire-rated façade systems and CLT structural elements.
The scheme incorporates bespoke galvanised steel bracket solutions, structurally fixed to CLT floor slabs, providing coordinated perimeter interfaces with 230 mm Ruukki panels and 30- and 60-minute fire-rated vision and spandrel DGU glazing.
Project Design Scope:
- West Elevation: 174.3 m² – SCHÜCO FWS 50+ FR60
- East Elevation: 206.5 m² – SCHÜCO FW 50
