Free Wharf Shoreham by Sea

Enfold Facades Ltd was appointed to deliver the complete façade design package for the Free Wharf development, including the design and detailing of approximately 449 m² of soffit cladding, covering Block E (Level 02 to Level 08) and Block F (Level 00 to Level 06).

The façade system used 8mm thick Hardie panels, mechanically fixed to the structure via a Helping Hand bracket system with L- and T-rails from the Concept system. 3 mm thick perimeter closure flashings provide clean edges and ensure long-term durability, combining precise detailing with architectural design intent.
