Enfold Facades Ltd was appointed to deliver the complete façade design package for the Vincent Street development. Our scope encompassed full design development, submission drawings, revision incorporation, construction issue drawings, material scheduling, and production of manufacturing/fabrication sizes.
Scope of Works Included:
- 772 linear metres of roof copings across Blocks A, B, C, D, and E
(8 different types)
- 1,000 linear metres of cill flashings to Blocks A and B
- 417.2 m² of aluminium rainscreen cladding to Blocks B, C, D, and E, including ground floor podium links
Façade System:
Taylor Maxwell Anvil metal cladding Recessed Joint Fixing System incorporating 3mm thick PPC aluminium panels, complete with Concept “Helping Hand” support brackets and L & T rail substructure system.
Enfold Facades Ltd delivered a fully coordinated and technically robust design solution that met both aesthetic and performance requirements. The project is progressing efficiently, with site works underway and ongoing design development supporting material procurement and fabrication. Detailed design is being finalised to produce accurate manufacturing sizes and specifications for the next phase of project delivery.
